Service Improvement Process (Best Value)

Service Units are always looking to improve the services they provide to the community.  The goals of our Service Improvement Process are to -

  • provide a focus on identifying Best Value services for residents and stakeholders they can understand, respond to and measure performance against;
  • build an organisational culture of innovation, trust and collaboration in the pursuit of continuous improvement;
  • build an organisational culture based on a team approach to the delivery of the best possible services to residents and other stakeholders;
  • comply with the Best Value principles established in Section 208 of the Local Government Act
