The City of Greater Dandenong Youth and Family Services is seeking a dynamic, motivated Assistant Generalist Youth Worker. The successful applicant will have experience working with vulnerable and CALD young people.

Key skills include:

  • Demonstrated understanding of current issues affecting young people including risk taking behaviour.
  • Demonstrated understanding of youth participation principles and a community development framework.
  • Demonstrated experience in group program development, implementation and evaluation.
