There is an opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated person to join the Community Care team.
The focus of this role is to provide high quality reception and customer service support to the In Home Support and Community Access teams within Community Care. Additionally you will be responsible for a range of administrative and office management tasks to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the teams.
You will use your excellent communication skills to identify appropriate allocation of customer enquiries in order to provide effective responses to clients, families and service providers. You will have excellent administrative skills in maintaining databases and effective time management processes often while multi-tasking.
